By creating a business profile or subscribing to a promotional plan, you agree to follow these guidelines, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1. Business Listings on Funn Italiano
1.1 Basic Listing (Funn Base)
- All businesses may create a free basic listing on Funn Italiano.
- The listing includes: business name, short description, address, phone number, and category.
- Funn Italiano reserves the right to review and approve listings before publication.
1.2 Promotional Plan (Funn Cool)
- To enhance your visibility and include more information, you may subscribe to the Funn Club promotional plan.
- With Funn Club, your listing may include:
- Website link
- Email address
- Social media links
- Extended description and gallery
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
2. Profile Management and Moderation
2.1 Accuracy of Information
- Businesses are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up to date.
- False, misleading, or outdated content may result in the suspension or removal of your profile.
2.2 Editorial Control
- Funn Italiano reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any content that violates these guidelines, our terms, or community standards.
3. Content Standards
3.1 Relevance
- All listings must be relevant to Italian culture, services, or products in London.
- Businesses unrelated to the Italian community or that promote unrelated content will not be accepted.
3.2 Prohibited Content
- Content containing hate speech, discrimination, illegal activity, or inappropriate material is strictly forbidden.
- Listings must not include political, religious, or offensive messages.
4. Community Interaction
4.1 Visibility and Benefits
- Your business will benefit from the visibility offered by the platform, our events, and the Funn Italiano community.
- Promotional listings are featured in relevant sections to reach a highly engaged audience.
4.2 Community Engagement and Promotions
• We encourage businesses to participate in community events and offers where appropriate.
• Promotions must remain respectful, relevant to Italian culture in London, and not spam-like in
nature.
• Businesses may not self-promote outside their official listing unless explicitly authorized by Funn
Italiano.
5. Cancellations, Refunds and Renewals
5.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your Funn Club subscription at any time by contacting info@funnitaliano.com or via your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain promotional access until that time.
5.2 No Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued for subscription periods already paid, including monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, unless required by law.
- We recommend reviewing your subscription choice carefully before proceeding.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
- All Funn Club subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the selected billing cycle.
- You will be notified by email prior to the renewal date.
- You may disable auto-renewal at any time through your account or by emailing us.
