1. How do I create a business listing on Funn Italiano?

Contact us if you want to promote your business with us.  


2. Can I edit my business listing after publishing it?

Yes, but this will be handled by our team. Tell us your changes and we will make them live for you.


3. What kind of businesses can be promoted on Funn Italiano?

Funn Italiano supports a variety of businesses, including hospitality (like catering, event venues, pizzerias, restaurants, and food services), personal services (such as photography, event planning, and entertainment), retail (including clothing stores), and wellness services related to events. We do not permit businesses promoting illegal activities, unethical behavior, or those violating our policies on discrimination or misleading advertising. If your business doesn’t fall into the above categories but you think it fits our platform, feel free to contact us, and we’ll evaluate the possibility.


4. How can I receive inquiries or bookings for my services?

Users can contact you through the "Contact Business" page on your listing. 


5. Can I list multiple businesses under the same account?

Currently, each account is limited to one business listing. If you own multiple businesses, contact us.


6. Is there a membership fee to list my business?

Yes, Funn Italiano operates on a membership basis for business owners. We offer two types of memberships:

  • Funn Base (Free): This provides basic promotion for one business listing, including details like address, phone number, photos, and description. 
  • Funn Cool (Paid): This will include links to your social media, email, and website, and provides enhanced visibility on the homepage and our social channels.

7. Can I pause or deactivate my business listing?

Yes, contact us, and we will deactivate your listing for you. No refunds are available for the period already paid.


8. What happens if I want to delete my business listing?

If you wish to permanently remove your listing, contact us, and we’ll delete the advert for you. Please note that deleted listings cannot be recovered.


9. What support is available for business owners?

For any questions or technical support, you can reach us through the "Contact" page. Our team is happy to assist you.


Refunds Policy

Refunds for already paid subscription periods are not allowed. If you wish to deactivate your business listing before the end of your membership, please contact us, and we will remove the listing for you.
